I think the big outstanding one is GSIP-200, MapML graduation.

Peter we need that PR to graduate the module in the next few days, and have Torben and Kevin vote on the GSIP as well for merge

(or wait until 10 day from initial proposal, that would be the 28th)

I had chatted with Martin about a JTS bug fix.  Evidently he has found something small in the OverlayNG code which is available for users to try out optionally.

Is upgrading to a JTS bug fix for the RC sensible?

Yes release candidate is a good time to upgrade JTS, it will get some wider testing before release.
