re OSGeo Ottawa meeting cancelled

Hello,

The OSGeo Ottawa chapter meeting, scheduled for 19 Mar at the Fox and Feather, is cancelled due to health concerns regarding the spread of Corona virus.

We hope that this situation will improve and that April's meeting will occur as planned.
