new iGeoDesktop release available

Andreas Poth

a new release of deegree's desktop GIS iGeoDesktop (0.4.1) is available
for download from deegree homepage. Beside some bug fixes and
enhancements of the base code following enhancements has been made:
- label rotation can be assigned to line segments of curves or polygon
- projects can be created just by loading a shape file, a GML feature
collection or a georeferenced raster (image)
- dashed arrays for line styles now supports units of measure of current map
- iGeoDesktop tutorial (just in german language) has been enhanced

Size of the release has increased because we integrated the tutorial and
the documentation. Linux version of iGeoDesktop release now is available
as tar.gz file (please read README.txt carefully).

As said above tutrial and documentation at the moment are just available
in german language. It would be a great help for us if there is somebody
who will support us creating versions in english language.

best regards
