gdal-filegdb package

Hi Folks,

On GIS.se Ragi said a new gdal-filegdb package has been uploaded which
allows qgis to open file-gdb's in place
(http://gis.stackexchange.com/questions/22201/). It's not working for me
though. I wonder if it's the right version?

http://download.osgeo.org/osgeo4w/versions.html says `gdal-filegdb,
1.8.0-1` and the ogr dll goes to `gdalplugins\1.8\ogr_FileGDB.dll`

Unfortunately the old plugin will not work with 1.9.  It will need to
be rebuilt.

Ragi,

It should be done against branches/1.9.  I see a variety of appropriate
fixes have already been ported into the 1.9 branch so you shouldn't need
to do any backporting.

Backport of the FGDB_BULK_LOAD option would be nice :) It's almost unuseable for writing large datasets.
