[gdal-dev] Motion: grant commit rights to Alan Thomas

Even Rouault-2

Hi PSC,

Alan has done in the last months a lot of great work (fixes and improvements) in the DXF driver, including adding new test cases and updating documentation when needed:

https://trac.osgeo.org/gdal/ticket/7111

https://trac.osgeo.org/gdal/ticket/7106

https://trac.osgeo.org/gdal/ticket/7098

https://trac.osgeo.org/gdal/ticket/7105

https://trac.osgeo.org/gdal/ticket/7099

https://trac.osgeo.org/gdal/ticket/7089

https://trac.osgeo.org/gdal/ticket/7038

https://trac.osgeo.org/gdal/ticket/7006

https://trac.osgeo.org/gdal/ticket/6971

And there are more to come:

https://trac.osgeo.org/gdal/ticket/7120

https://trac.osgeo.org/gdal/ticket/7121

https://trac.osgeo.org/gdal/ticket/7122

So it would be more convenient to grant him direct commit rights.

Alan, could you reply to the list confirming that you agree on

https://trac.osgeo.org/gdal/wiki/rfc3_commiters

Best regards,

Even

I declared this motion passed with +1 from DanielM, HowardB, KurtS, JukkaR, TamasS and myself.

Welcome aboard Alan !

I've just toggled SVN commit rights for you (when asked by svn for user/password, use your OSGeo user credentials). Let me know if you have issues. I suppose you want the "athomas at thinkspatial dot com dot au" email to be the one associated when mirroring SVN to git ?
