WFS-T and saveStrategy: missing fid

Hi!

I've found a thread describing the situation I ran into: http://lists.osgeo.org/pipermail/openlayers-dev/2011-February/007128.html

I can confirm that this malfunction still exists (tested with OL 2.11 and 2.12-rc7 as well, GeoServer and PostgreSQL backend), saveStrategy only returns the fid of the first feature.

Workaround: refreshStrategy.refresh() should be fired to receive fid for new features.
