Transitioning to OSGeo in Academia

Rodney Dyer
Hello,

On the desktop, OSGeo is much easier to transition in the academic realm, but in the server room there is a bit more involved.  Is there a list somewhere of academic units deploying OSGeo across the board?  Or a separate list serve?

Hi Rodney,

You probably will want to join the Geoforall network of universities.

You might also find inspiration from project packaged OSGeoLive:
