ToDos

pcav
Hi all,
sorry again I had to leave. Glad to see the discussion proceeded
smoothly. I think we have now to:
* set up a bugtracker for the ToDo list (can we add a BT to
https://github.com/qgis/PSC/ ?)
* move all the pending tasks from minutes to there
* deciding where to start writing decisions, either as GH tickets or on
https://github.com/qgis/QGIS-Website/tree/master/source/site/getinvolved/governance
(other proposals?)
Of course I volunteer for all three.
Cheers.

Thanks Paolo - I think Marco already made a tracker on GH which he showed in the meeting.

not a BT, it's a GH project apparently - overly complicated IMHO

Its a kanban/scrum board - I think we should all be pretty familiar with the concept. And you can see visually at a glance the state of all the todo items.

Re: ToDos

Marco Bernasocchi-2
If I was to argument like that, I'd write:
I prefer the kanban concept. The simpler the better.
;)
but I guess it boils down to personal preference. In any case, project is backed by tickets, so you can just use the regular issues system and who wants can use the kanban view.

Cheers
Marco

Hi all,
I'm cleaning up the old stuff from the minutes.
I moved the resolutions to:
https://github.com/qgis/QGIS-Website/tree/master/source/site/getinvolved/governance/resolutions
pending a better solution, and the ToDo items to:
https://github.com/qgis/PSC/issues
Please feel free to clean up the bug queue, adding comments, reassigning
or closing tickets if already implemented.
It's a first attempt, not always easy - please be patient.
Thanks for helping.
Cheers.
