Carleton University’s Department of Geography & Environmental Studies, Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada, and Natural Resources Canada have teamed up to deliver a 5-day course which promises to unlock the world of Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR). Upon completion of this training, participants will be equipped with the skills needed to access, pre-process and analyze SAR data. The course interweaves lectures with hands-on labs, over 5 days (August 12-16, 2019).

 

This course is aimed at people who already have background in optical remote sensing and image processing, but does not assume any background in SAR.
