Speeding up MapGuide XYZ layers in mapguide-rest

I discovered a 10 fold increase in speed with Leaflet if you go directly to
the mapguide-rest cache rather than demanding directly (the caveat is that
you need to generate the cache first).

For example, in leaflet I point to:

The tile storage in mapguide-rest was done in a way to allow for easy direct
access to the underlying cache directories for cases like this. Not sure if
I actually documented this fact, but there you go.
