Scale based layer rendering

I am having trouble with layers whose visibility has been conditioned through scaling, on desktop they work very fine but on web-client these layers are not visible even after attaining the zoom scale set. In this link customer_accounts, Appurtenances and plots have been conditioned to be visible on various scale level but they aint visible, someone help me sort this issue out.

Also my print function generates a format not readable, how do i resolve this?

It should work out of the box as far as I know.

Because it's written in the QGS project.

Side question, which version of QGIS Desktop and Server are you using ?

Hi Etienne,

I am using QGIS desktop 3.16.5 and the server is 2.4.29.

Before i was using QGIS desktop version 2.18 and was still experiencing the same issue, i have tried several times with just a point symbol and the result is the same. What might i be doing wrong?

Hi,

If you are using QGIS Desktop 3.16.5 and QGIS Server 2.4.29 you have to upgrade your server.
But we recommend to use 3.10.* with Lizmap Web Client 3.4.*.
