SRS handling: Reproject to declared; Get default style

Tondo
Hello friends,

I have two questions...

SRS of data of mine is EPSG:102067 (S-JTSK, Krovak, North-East). I want to reproject data to EPSG:4326 (WGS 84). So I added SRS to PostGIS and GeoServer (parameters are below) and tried to publish data. If SRS handling: Keep native, data are displayed correctly. Both bounding box and coordinates match. When I tried to change SRS handling to reproject native to declared and declared SRS set to EPSG:4326, it doesn't compute BBox correctly. Min/Max X seem to be correct, but Min/Max Y are +45 degrees. If I open layer preview via Open Layers, there are no data displayed. I tried to manually change BBox values, but there are no data either.

Here are params of SRS - are in the .proj file of shapes:
Proj4js.defs["EPSG:102067"] = "+title=S_JTSK_Krovak_East_North EPSG:102067 +proj=krovak +lat_0=49.5 +lon_0=24.83333333333333 +alpha=30.28813975277778 +k=0.9999 +x_0=0 +y_0=0 +ellps=bessel +units=m +no_defs";

1. What am I doing wrong? Is it a bug?

As far I know, GeoServer needs at least one style to be assigned to each layer. Is it possible to request that style? I mean this:
URL to data: http://IP:8080/geoserver/SOME_LAYER
URL to style: http://IP:8080/geoserver/GetStyle&layer:SOME_LAYER

2. Is it possible? Just request styles based on layer assigned as a default style? If yes, could you pls print some example?

Thank you very much

Tom
