S3 Support for GeoTIFF

Alvin Sebastian

The GeoTIFF S3 plugin can support other Amazon S3 compatible services. I am trying to use it to access the older version of OpenStack SWIFT API.

Is it possible to either authenticate using signature version 2 or not use authentication (for publicly accessible resources) at all?

Regards,

Alvin

Re: S3 Support for GeoTIFF

At the moment, I'm afraid these things aren't possible, but I suspect this is very easy for someone to implement these features (it is a community module). All that needs to happen is to make it possible to configure this in the s3.properties file and pass on the config when creating the amazons3client.

Regards

Niels
