Plugin folder transfer

Nome
Hi People,

Just wondering if i am able to transfer the plugin's from one QGIS installation to another. On some of the PC's which i have install QGIS they don't have internet access as such the best way if possible is to copy over the plugin's i have downloaded to them.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks
