[MapProxy] reload after changing config files

Is there a way to tell mapproxy to reload its config without restarting it?

I run in Docker containers and use Waitress currently.

I realize you have the dev serve thing but I want to issue reloads in production too.

I will probably set up another Docker with the Testing set up in it and just live with restarting everytime I change the production server.
