QGIS still crashes on startup because it tries to run HomeRange plugin, so I can only boot it up from terminal with --noplugins. It means also I can't install any new plugins. I've tried deleting the QGIS folder and reinstalling it but I still get the same errors. How can I completely start from scratch so HomeRange plugin does not try to start, or alternatively, how do I completely remove HomeRange plugin in command line?
