Help??Windows - OSGeo4W uninstall

Hi all,
I have two queries

1.Can someone please tell me how to uninstall the Windows - OSGeo4W 1.0.2 LTS. Unlike in the standalone version I can't
find an uninstall file. Can I just delete all related folders? Its is installed on Vista.

2. The gps plugin works fine on my XP machine but gives an error message on download" file not valid format" on the vista machine, could it be conflicting with Garmin Mapsource software also on that machine.?

To answer your first question : yes you can simply delete the install directory.
