GetLegendGraphic when using MINSIZE/MAXSIZE [SEC=UNCLASSIFIED]

Dear List,

 

When using MINSIZE and MAXSIZE for symbols in the mapfile, the GetLegendGraphic request seems to default to the MINSIZE. Is there a way that GetLegendGraphic can draw the symbol at the MAXSIZE?
