Hi Bruce,

Correct, my words were meaning that an OSGeo Local Chapter
representative would not currently be covered by the present version of
OSGeo's "Directors & Officers Liability Insurance", in the case that a
local chapter representative had a liability.

(it's late here at night ha, sorry for a long sentence)
