As you can see 4 teams are identified - Communication Team - Financial Team - Organization / Logistics Team - Program Team
The first step will be to put the deadlines and find someone 'taking the lead' for each team- at least reminding everyone about their tasks and keeping an eye on the schedule.
If you want to help, could you please : 1. Add the missing tasks in this on-line document, the tasks done or in progress 2. Assign tasks that have no responsible 3. Involve in a team (presentation of yourself on the working group meeting or on the mailing list and add your name in the document) 4. Carry out your tasks 5. Report the work done on the mailing list

Thanks Oliver for your feedback. Indeed, the idea, is that for each date, there are two & two possibilities : a f2f meeting or a skype meeting at 5pm or 8 p.m but it seems that I can correct the typo in the framadate… The hours can be discussed; the idea is to have something at the end of the workingday or in late evening and to adapt them according to the parenting constraints ;-). We could consider to advance the time at 4 p.m if it always arranges the others...
So for now, the options seem to be :
a) Tuesday 23 at 4 or 5 p.m a f2f meeting
b) Tuesday 23 at 8 p.m a f2f meeting
I proposed to do it at ULB unless somebody could propose a better place ?
I hope we will have more answers today to choose the best option ! ;-)
All the dates have two 8pm f2f options, i guess one is f2f and the other should be skype?
Unfortunately for me 5pm skype is almost always impossible because I need to pick up the kids at 6, unless we start the meeting on time and keep it efficient (which has never happend before :) ) Therefore Skype at 8 would be my best option.
