A large number, 63, pull requests open

There are a large number of open pull requests: https://github.com/geonetwork/core-geonetwork/pulls

This is:

a) great that so much work is being done in the geonetwork community

b) a challenge for the leadership and committters to support

Can I propose a "pull request party", say next Monday on gitter, to review and offer feedback on outstanding pull requests. This would also be an opportunity to close pull requests that won't be accepted (perhaps they lack a proposal or have become outdated).
