A few issues when running ossimplanet

Li, Joshua S CIV SPAWARSYSCEN-PACIFIC, 56330
When runnning ossimplanetviewer.exe, I get the following error.

"  Warning: Could not find plugin to read objects from file "".  "

I tried using the .dll tracer to find out what file they are searching for and i've discovered it to be "MINGW_OSG_.dll"  and of  this file does not exist. I'm assuming it's trying to look for a plugin with no name (since the last portion of the name is missing).

Do you know how to fix this problem?

Additionally, when I try to use the command --add-image <original ossimPlanet image>, it doesn't display the image I selected (I use the image provided with the downloadable version of ossimplanet).

Is this problem because of a missing plugin that I mentioned above?

Thanks,

Josh

Re: A few issues when running ossimplanet

Hello:

This is not anything to do with planet but you just don't have a dll
in your path.  Whatever you are using to compile OSG and everything
you need to have those DLL's in the search path when running any
executables depending on those DLL's

Take care

Garrett
